Becoming a member

Employee Benefits Isle of Man members will meet one of the following criteria:

• Provider member: an Isle of Man-based business whose main activity is employee benefits-related.
• Associate member: an Isle of Man-based business which has a commercial interest in the provision of employee benefits in or from the Isle of Man.
• Overseas member: a non-Isle of man-based business, accepted by the committee, whose main activity is employee benefits related and who can enhance the Isle of Man employee benefits proposition.

Membership activity

Working collectively, members drive the development of products, services, and skills in all aspects of employee benefits through:

• Technical development sub-committees
• Regulator interaction
• Information sharing & networking
• Global marketing & PR
